Description |
Reed shaft with a naturally barbed point; point is inserted into the reed and secured with a string; point has been painted with designs however most paint has faded or chipped; fletching is constructed with two halved feathers attached at their shafts to the other end of the reed with string; a substance has been added to the string in places to create a dyed look; several designs are present; smaller pieces of feathers are attached to the base of the feathers; end of reed is carved into a nock. |
